Local and regional
filmmakers have submitted short films, documentaries and music videos.
The audience selects the winners in two categories.

Cash prizes are
$100 for adult winner; $50 for youth winner. The audience chooses the
winners.
There is no theme
requirement for the festival ... so let your imagination run wild!

Rules for entries:
- Must be 15 minutes
or less (including credits).
- NO explicit material
accepted.
- Must be submitted
on VHS or DVD (NTSC format only).
- Entry must be
accompanied by completed and signed entry form.
- The entry fee
for each film is $10. This fee comes with one free pass to the festival.
