Rocket City Short Film Festival 2006

Got a short attention span and a taste for the offbeat? The Rocket City Short Film Festival is for you.

Oh, and this isn't just a spectator event ... you get to choose the winners!

These short creative productions include comedies and dramas created by filmmakers in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. Below are the films we'll screen. (these are not in festival order)

We'll begin the evening with the Youth Entries and follow those with the"family friendly" Adult Entries. This part of the festival will be about 90 minutes and followed by a break. We'll screen films with a more mature theme/content during the last part of the evening.

EXTRA FILM

The festival will also screen Darrel Hazelrig's "Airband" outside the competition. This short film is about friendship, rivalry, and rock-n-roll set in the late 1980's. It was recently accepted into the prestigious 2006 Palm Spring International Festival of Short Films in Palm Springs, California.
